The struggle for authors, indie authors, and several publishers

The issue for writers, and many publishers that want to sell more books online is profits. I know, I am an author, too. Let me tell you making money by days end it's not easy not with the percentages offered by the main outlets for books. I don't fault the companies for wanting to make the lion share of the money but online too, please! I thought there has to be a better way. I've 43 years of business experience so I searched to find a solution to the problem. Here is what I came up with for authors, indie authors and publishers.
